About Penny Areevong

Born and raised in Northern Virginia by first-generation Filipino and Thai parents, Penjulee Areevong is also known as Penny.

Penny decided to pursue a career in real estate after personally experiencing the difficulties of a first-time homebuyer when she purchased her home. Her goal is to assist and encourage others through the process of finding a fitting home, as well as educating how home ownership is the first step to building financial wealth through equity. Penny brings patience, clear communication, transparency, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills for her client’s best interests based on their wants and needs. She demonstrates a powerful work ethic by consistently keeping her clients informed in a timely, detail-oriented manner whether they are buying or selling properties. She strives to help her clients achieve their real estate goals by making true connections with them.

Penny is a dog mom to a Chiweenie named Nali. One of her favorite hobbies outside of real estate is art. She enjoys creating art across all mediums, whether painting, sculpting with clay, or doodling on scratch paper. An admitted avid foodie, she loves to travel and try new cuisines abroad.
